Where does Viana get its numbers?+
Only from the data already in your Vividia applications. Each answer can show the period it covers, the records it read and how it counted, so you can check it against the source.
Can Viana see everything in the business?+
No. Viana works within the role permissions each user already has, managed in Vividia Workspace. If a figure is outside your access, it says so instead of guessing.
What does the Owner's Desk show?+
How the business is doing, what needs you this week, what happened and why, what you may be missing, what to do next, how products are doing, sales that need a second look, and whether earlier decisions worked. It can be filtered by branch and period and exported as a meeting pack or PDF.
Can Viana make changes on its own?+
No. Viana can fill in a form, such as a leave request, for you to review, but you save it. It never saves or sends anything by itself.
