Download Vividia Suite from the Apple App Store on iPhone or iPad, or from Google Play on Android. On a computer, scan the QR code on this page with your phone camera and it will open the right store for your device.
Can I create an account in the app?+
No. The app is for organizations that use Vividia Suite, so there is no self sign-up. Your administrator creates your account and assigns the applications you can use. Administrators sign in with email and password; team members also enter their workspace code.
Where do I find my workspace code?+
Your organization's Vividia Suite administrator shares the workspace code with you. If you do not have one, ask your administrator or HR team, or contact Vividia support on behalf of your organization.
Which applications can I use on mobile?+
The app covers ABMS, HRM, EMIS, LMS, HMS, Clinic, RMS, IMS, Manufacturing and Viana AI, plus Workspace administration. You see the applications your organization has enabled for mobile and assigned to you. EMIS is designed for teachers and staff, and HMS and LMS provide essential views on mobile alongside the full web applications.
Does the app work without an internet connection?+
Selected workflows do. Restaurant POS orders, IMS picking, packing and shipping, Manufacturing shop-floor actions and EMIS class attendance can be captured offline and synced once the phone reconnects. Most other screens need a connection so information stays current.
Is my organization's data secure on the phone?+
The app uses the same role-based access as Vividia Workspace, so people only see what their role permits. You can also require Face ID or fingerprint to unlock the app after the first sign-in.
